For believers of God living in this world today, it is very easy to be pulled away from God's will for us. As we are bombarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, about how much debt we should be able to carry, or how much hair loss we can endure, it's easy to lose track of what we really need to keep our eyes on. And that is the perfect, and forgiving love of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and how He can guide our lives by us living by His principles.

It can be comforting to know that when the day comes when you chose to put your faith in Jesus Christ, and accept Him as not only Savoir, but as Lord, we have a place to go, and someone to call on who will accept us just the way He created us. We do not need to conform to the style of the day. We need only to trust, believe, and know that He is available to us.

I hope with the expressions of God that are given here, that when feelings of worthlessness come, when feelings of inferiority come, when one day everything is perfect in your life, and the next day, life becomes a living hell, you will know that you have a place to turn. That a loving , merciful and gracious God is there, offering to be your comforter, and helper. Often when problems arise, we are so overcome with our circumstances that we forget that we have God, and his Son, Jesus Christ to show us how to respond in a Godly way.

The responses that are provided here I have received from other sources. I am not
a philosopher, minister, or teacher. I am only a man that discovered that knowing Jesus as Lord, means more than going to church on Sunday.

Hopefully, it offers some enlightenment into Christian living, and you will be able to have the opportunity to share it with others.

Our most important response is our response to the loving grace and mercy of Jesus Christ. It was Him that gave His life so that we may have eternal life. It was his love for us that gives us the opportunity try to model our lives after His.

God did not create us as puppets. It's up to us to make the decision to learn how to follow Him and to love Him, and to love and respect others as He loved us. It's not our works that get us to heaven, but our love of God. But our works should reflect God's love in us.
